School’s out for summer but teens are returning anyway? They are in Manteca, Calif., where teens were back in the kitchen at Manteca Unified Vocational Culinary Arts Academy. Teens and their teacher, Chef Bryan Ehrenholm, are cranking out hundreds of pastries for guests at the San Joaquin County Fair in Stockton, Calif.

The guests are eating well: chocolate apricot scones; brown sugar almond danishes; cherry, blueberry or ham and cheese turnovers; chocolate croissants; blueberry and chocolate muffins, and pie-crust cookies, according to the Manteca Bulletin.
